Holiday Coverage Schedule. A Holiday Coverage Schedule shall be posted twenty-eight (28) days in advance of a holiday period. The schedule shall identify those employees assigned to work and their work hours during the holiday period. There will be no schedule adjustment penalty providing there is a rest period of at least ten (10) hours between scheduled shifts. Overtime and callback hours worked during the rest period are included in the ten (10) hour minimum. The Holiday Coverage Schedule may be further adjusted without penalty with seven (7) days notice.
