Common use of Holiday Pay (Regular Full Clause in Contracts

Holiday Pay (Regular Full. time Employees). Unless otherwise provided herein, a regular full-time employee not working on a holiday will receive one (1) day’s pay at the employee’s normal straight time rate, exclusive of shift or temporary or relief supervisory differentials, provided the employee works his/her last unexcused scheduled shift preceding the holiday and his/her first unexcused scheduled shift following the holiday.
