Holiday Turnaround. (a) There shall be a twenty-four (24) hour rest period, in addition to the rest periods described above, for each Employee for an unworked Holiday. (b) If such rest period is encroached, the Employee shall be paid for the encroached time at a rate equal to two (2) times the rate the Employee was receiving at the end of the preceding shift.
