The following days are declared to be legal holidays for County government offices: New Year’s Day Nevada Day Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday Veterans Day President’s Day Thanksgiving Day Memorial Day Day after Thanksgiving Day Independence Day Christmas Day Labor Day In addition to the above holidays, any other day that may be appointed by the President of the United States as a National Holiday, the Governor of Nevada and/or the Board of County Commissioners of Humboldt County shall be a paid holiday for County employees.
