Holidays, etc. Whenever any time limit or date provided herein falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday under the laws of the State of Texas or the State where the Real Property is located or on a day when federal banks are closed, then that date is extended to the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday or a day when federal banks are closed. The term BUSINESS DAY as used in this Contract means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday under the laws of the State of Texas or the State where the Real Property is located or a day when federal banks are closed.
