Holidays Not To Be Charged To Vacation Leave Or Sick Leave. Holidays, including those allowed in lieu of the actual holiday, occurring while an Employee is on paid sick leave or paid vacation leave shall be earned by the Employee and not charged as sick leave or vacation leave.
