The Parties share an equal stake in advocating for improvements in the quality of care with the regulators, the State, the Legislature, and the Congress, in building workforce development programs which prepare caregivers and employers to meet the challenges of providing service to our rapidly aging population. Recognizing our common interests, the Employers agree to join the Union in convening a forum for unionized Employers 2-­‐4 times each year to discuss matters of mutual interest.
