HOME PURCHASE ASSISTANCE. 24. (1) The Home Purchase Assistance Account established by each State in pursuance of the 1978 Housing Agreement with respect to the State and the 1980 Housing Agreement with respect to the Northern Territory shall continue to be operated by the State for the purpose of this agreement and shall be “the Account” referred to in this Part.
HOME PURCHASE ASSISTANCE. 16. The Home Purchase Assistance Account of each State, for the continuance of which clause 24 of the 1984 Agreement provided, shall continue to operate. The Australian Capital Territory shall open an Account by that name within the first year of this agreement. Each of those Accounts and related Accounts are in this Part referred to as “the Account” and elsewhere as “the Home Purchase Assistance Account”.
HOME PURCHASE ASSISTANCE. The Company will reimburse Employee the costs associated with the purchase of a new home in the Houston, Texas area. Reimbursable costs include transfer fee, recording fee, title insurance fee, inspection fee, loan origination fee not to exceed 1% of the loan amount and reasonable attorney fees. Non-eligible purchase costs include mortgage life insurance, property taxes, private mortgage insurance, buy-down points, and brokerage fees associated with the purchase of a new home.
HOME PURCHASE ASSISTANCE. 22. (1) Each State will establish an account in the public accounts of the State which will be known as “the Home Purchase Assistance Account” (in this Part called “the Account”) and moneys in which shall be available for home purchase assistance in accordance with this Part.
HOME PURCHASE ASSISTANCE. Closing costs will be reimbursed for the purchase of a new home in the Southern California area, and TheMIGroup will assist you with this process. These costs include title search, appraisals, inspections, surveys, usual and customary loan points/loan origination fees (limited to 1.5%), and any other associated fees but limited to 5% of the sale price of the new home.
HOME PURCHASE ASSISTANCE. Company will reimburse Executive up to $22,000 for reasonable expenses associated with the purchase of Executive's new home located in the Charlotte, North Carolina Metro Area ("Home Purchase Assistance"). Costs eligible to be covered as Home Purchase Assistance include:

The Company will reimburse the Employee for usual and customary inspection costs and closing costs covering those items which by local custom in the Ponte Vedra area are normally paid by a home buyer, in connection with the Employee's purchase of a new home in the Ponte Vedra area (the "Ponte Vedra Home").
HOME PURCHASE ASSISTANCE. The Employer shall pay for the costs associated with the purchase of a home in the Chicago area, supported by receipts in respect of the following items: ¨ Closing costs (excluding pre-paid points), upon the submission of receipts ¨ Loan origination fees ¨ Credit report ¨ Appraisal fees, Escrow fees, and Recording fees ¨ Title insurance ¨ Property inspection ¨ Pest inspection (if required) ¨ Property tax service fees
