HOME USE PROGRAM. You must be a “Home Use Program User” to use software designated as “Home Use Program.” To be a Home Use Program User, you must be both: * an employee of an organization that has a Microsoft Volume License agreement with active Software Assurance or previously had active Software Assurance and meets certain other criteria, and * the user of a copy of the software, or a product that includes the software, that is licensed to your employer under its Volume License agreement.
