HOMEOWNER. The homeowner shall also pay any penalty assessed for a violation of any provision of the Rules. (Minimum $100.00 per month penalty for any infraction of rules starting 30 days after notification in writing. If any infraction is ongoing the assessment of $100.00 per month or any portion, thereof, if infraction continues.)
HOMEOWNER. You should not place abnormal demands on these systems. Some systems must be cleaned periodically. Furnace filters must be changed on a regular basis. Drains may become sluggish or clogged because of the materials disposed of in them.
HOMEOWNER. An employee who (1) owns a home at the old living location prior to accepting a position which requires relocation at the request of the Company, and (2) agrees to establish a permanent residence at the new living location within 12 months from the transfer effective date and to sell the home at the old living location.

Seller has no actual knowledge of any circumstances or condition with respect to the Option, the Property or the applicable Homeowner that could reasonably be expected to (a) result in the Option not constituting an Eligible Option or (b) cause the Option to become delinquent. Either the Homeowner is (a) a natural person (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Homeowner’s spouse, civil union partner, or registered domestic partner) legally permitted to reside in the United States, or (b) a limited liability company, a trust or another entity type acceptable to Seller and permitted pursuant to the Underwriting Guidelines.

HOMEOWNER. A Homeowner is a person who is a registered owner of a mobilehome according to the Department of Housing and Community Development (“HCD”) or County tax records and who has a tenancy in the Park under a Rental Agreement.
HOMEOWNER. For the purposes of the HPG program, a homeowner is one who can meet the conditions of income and ownership under § 1944.661 of this subpart.
HOMEOWNER whenever the term Homeowner is used herein, it shall mean the entity or person owning fee simple title to the Property and any agent or designee to whom Homeowner has delegated authority to negotiate or administer the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
