Horizontal Development Sample Clauses

Horizontal Development. “Horizontal Development” means the development of lots for homesites and townhomes or other residential development within the Non-Core Real Estate.
Horizontal Development. Developer shall cause to be constructed the Horizontal Development all in accordance with this Agreement, the Master Development Plan, the Construction Covenant, the Zoning Approvals and all Laws (collectively, the “Horizontal Development”). Developer shall have no further obligation to City with respect to construction of the Horizontal Development following the delivery to City of the Certificate of Completion for such Horizontal Development, except for Punch List Items, warranty obligations or other continuing obligations of Developer to achieve Final Completion or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or the Related Agreements, or continued obligations of Developer are required by any Governmental Authority or Zoning Approvals, to the extent of such obligations.

  • Staff Development As part of their induction, new staff will be made aware of this policy and will be asked to ensure compliance with its procedures at all times.

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Each employee shall be responsible for utilizing those training and educational opportunities made available by the City or other institutions for the self- development effort needed to achieve personal career goals.

Evaluate Scope Statement to develop a preliminary cost estimate and determinate whether project be vendor bid or be executed under a Job Order Contract (JOC).

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Condominiums/Planned Unit Developments If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development) such condominium or planned unit development project such Mortgage Loan was originated in accordance with, and the Mortgaged Property meets the guidelines set forth in the Originator's Underwriting Guidelines;
