Common use of Hospital Sponsored Counseling Clause in Contracts

Hospital Sponsored Counseling. The Hospital provides Resident access to participation in Hospital-sponsored counseling and other support services on a confidential basis, including matters relative to a Resident’s impairment. These services are described in the Hospital’s Employee Assistance Program materials, a copy of which will be made available to Resident, which set forth the various forms of employee assistance provided by the Hospital to Resident. Such policy may be changed by the Hospital from time to time, as appropriate.

The Hospital provides the Resident access to participation in Hospital-Hospital sponsored counseling counseling, medical, psychological, and other support services on a confidential basis, including matters relative to a Resident’s Resident impairment. These services are described in the Hospital’s Employee Assistance Program materialspolicy, a copy of which will be made available to the Resident, which set sets forth the various forms of employee assistance provided by the Hospital hospital to the Resident. Such policy may be changed by the Hospital from time to time, as appropriate.
