Hospitals Obligations a. Equipment, Facilities, Supplies, Utilities and Services. Hospital shall, at no cost to Physician, provide all equipment, facilities, supplies, utilities, including telephone service, and other services, including laundry, linen and janitorial services, as the Hospital shall, in its sole discretion, determine from time to time to be necessary for the performance of the Services. The parties expressly agree that all items supplied by Hospital pursuant to this Subsection shall remain the exclusive personal property of Hospital.
