Hosting Partner. Customer understands and agrees that the functionality of KeySafe KMS requires Customer to contract with a third- party data hosting partner (“Hosting Partner”). In order for Customer to use KeySafe KMS, prior to implementation, Customer must separately purchase a license subscription dedicated solely to KeySafe KMS from a Box approved third party Hosting Partner. Box is not responsible for providing any maintenance or support in connection with the Hosting Partner’s products or services. Customer’s subscription with the Hosting Partner is subject to the service terms for such subscription as agreed upon by the Customer and the Hosting Partner.
