Data Hosting. The Sub-Transfer Agent will load and host the data so that documents may be displayed via Internet access. Statements and tax forms will be housed in on-line primary storage for a period of two (2) years following the processing of the document.

Data Hosting. In this category of service, the License Server and the Software run on Famic’s Cloud. They are accessible to User through a URI. The Data required for the Software operation or produced by using the Software is also stored on Famic’s Cloud. The resources allocated to the User will be as specified in the proposal submitted to and accepted by User. If the allocated resources are exceeded, the Software might not function. User may choose to either reduce the resources used, or contact Famic to increase them. User holds responsibility for any information transferred, stored or managed on Famic’s Cloud, particularly its use, updating and operation. Famic cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for the Content that User records, communicates and/or transfers on the Infrastructure, and/or for the use that is made of the Software, whether for their collection, dissemination, transmission, exploitation and updating. The HS and any Internet storage technology used by Famic for the management of its Infrastructure do not include or offer any guarantee of Product continuity, nor of conservation of the Content or User's information.

Data Hosting. (i) On an annual basis, Sourcegraph will obtain an audit performed according to SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type II standards (or comparable standards that are substantially equivalent). The audit will be conducted by a qualified, independent external auditor and will result in the generation of an audit report, which will be confidential information of Sourcegraph. Upon Customer’s request, Sourcegraph will provide its most recent SOC 2 audit report once every 12 months of the term of the Agreement.
