Data Hosting. The Sub-Transfer Agent will load and host the data so that documents may be displayed via Internet access. Statements and tax forms will be housed in on-line primary storage for a period of two (2) years following the processing of the document.

Iron Mountain will store the CustomerData on a hosting service provided by a third party (“Host”), which shall be the Google Cloud Platform (“GCP”) or Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) (as specified in the Statement of Work), pursuant to Iron Mountain’s agreement with such Host, during which time it will be maintained in accordance with Host’s service terms which can be found at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms and xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/agreement/, for GCP and AWS respectively. Iron Mountain may change the Host upon notice to Customer.
Data Hosting. In this category of service, the License Server and the Software run on Famic’s Cloud. They are accessible to User through a URI. The Data required for the Software operation or produced by using the Software is also stored on Famic’s Cloud. The resources allocated to the User will be as specified in the proposal submitted to and accepted by User. If the allocated resources are exceeded, the Software might not function. User may choose to either reduce the resources used, or contact Famic to increase them. User holds responsibility for any information transferred, stored or managed on Famic’s Cloud, particularly its use, updating and operation. Famic cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for the Content that User records, communicates and/or transfers on the Infrastructure, and/or for the use that is made of the Software, whether for their collection, dissemination, transmission, exploitation and updating. The HS and any Internet storage technology used by Famic for the management of its Infrastructure do not include or offer any guarantee of Product continuity, nor of conservation of the Content or User's information.
Data Hosting. Consultant shall only host, store, or backup Board Data in physical locations within the CONUS.

Data Hosting. 6.1 All property rights and other intangible property rights of data entered remain with the Partner or their licensers or third parties (e.g. citizens).
6.2 The Partner continues to be responsible for and entitled to the power of disposition of their data entered. The Partner shall be entitled against payment of time invested pursuant to point 8.2, to require from ICARUS to provide all or some data, without retention right (independently of the legal reason) of ICARUS. The provision of data shall be made on data carriers or by data network transmission. However, the Partner has no right to maintain the web service “Topotheque“.
6.3 ICARUS shall back up data once in 24 hours without warranty.
6.4 ICARUS shall not be liable for the contents which the Partners are making available. In particu- lar, ICARUS shall not be obligated to control the contents with regard to law violations. Should third parties raise a claim against ICARUS for possible law violations arising from contents of their Internet presenta- tions, the Partner shall be obligated - between partner and ICARUS and not towards third parties - to hold harmless and indemnify ICARUS for all expenses which arise from a possible breach of legislation. Further- more, ICARUS shall be entitled to withdraw contents which have been rejected by third parties from the network, until a clarification of the actual legal position has taken place.
Data Hosting. (i) On an annual basis, Sourcegraph will obtain an audit performed according to SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type II standards (or comparable standards that are substantially equivalent). The audit will be conducted by a qualified, independent external auditor and will result in the generation of an audit report, which will be confidential information of Sourcegraph. Upon Customer’s request, Sourcegraph will provide its most recent SOC 2 audit report once every 12 months of the term of the Agreement.
(ii) hosting of confidential and proprietary data through Google Cloud Platform, a SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified hosting provider
Data Hosting. Our Subscription Services are entirely cloud-based. ACG will process all Personal Data in accordance with the terms of ACG’s Data Processing Addendum. Your Data will be stored and hosted in our production environment, which is maintained by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) at AWS US-East-1 (N. Virginia). We may access Your Data from outside its country of origin for the purposes of providing the Subscription Services. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Subscription Services available on a consistent basis, excluding planned downtime. We and AWS may provide updates to servers and systems in our discretion and such servers and systems may be subject to scheduled or emergency maintenance from time to time. While we expect any planned downtime to be infrequent, during such period of update or maintenance you acknowledge that the ACG Site, Subscription Services, and/or Subscription Content may not be accessible.
Data Hosting. In consideration of the continued payment of the relevant Fee, Paritor shall provide Data Hosting in accordance with the Support Services Policy for the duration of the Term.
