Hosting Services Technical Account Manager. Vendor will assign a named Technical Account Manager ("TAM") who shall have primary responsibility for interfacing with the University regarding the delivery of hosted Services. The TAM will have direct access to senior level executives within the Vendor’s organization and will be responsible for escalating unresolved incidents and seeing them through to resolution. The TAM will host regular periodic meetings with University designees to discuss issues and status.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.
