Hotel and transportation expenses. If the Insured Building becomes uninhabitable, the Insurance Company will guarantee the payment of hotel expenses for the Insured Persons. The Insurance Company will also make reservations and pay for transportation expenses if the Insured Persons cannot do it by their own means. The Insurance Company will be exempt from this obligation if, within 100 Km from the Insured Building, there is no available type of lodgings.
