The HOTEL INFORMATION clause serves to provide essential details about the hotel relevant to the agreement or event. This typically includes the hotel's name, address, contact information, and possibly specific amenities or services pertinent to the arrangement. HOTEL INFORMATION. Exhibitor is responsible for making its own hotel reservations. The official hotel of the Ohio REALTORS® Convention is the Hilton Downtown Cleveland, located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. A block of rooms has been reserved for OR at a special rate of $199 until August 31, 2020 or until the block sells out. Hotel rate will be available after July 1, 2020. OR cannot guarantee Exhibitor a room in this hotel.
HOTEL INFORMATION. The Hotel shall provide information to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ for inclusion on the website(s). This information may include unique hotel descriptions, images, videos, room details / facilities, etc. and must comply with formats established by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The information shall not include any telephone or fax numbers, or email, or Skype addresses, or any social media links with direct references to the Hotel or its website(s), or to the websites of third parties. The hotel further acknowledges that it is solely responsible for all information published on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website as being true and accurate. The hotel is also responsible for making sure information is current and must provide timely updates regarding any changes to the property (including renovations or upgrading of facilities). ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ assumes no responsibility if inaccurate data is supplied by a hotel that results in customer complaints, cancellations or possible refunds as required. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ reserves the right to edit or exclude any information that is in violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
HOTEL INFORMATION. Hotel information will be provided for the host hotel of the event as soon as it is available. Host hotels offer discounts for competitions and each dancer/family is responsible to make your own accommodations for all out of town competitions. Please be aware of deadlines so you can get the best deal! Many of the hotels sell out early for big competitions. If you are late reserving your rooms, you may not be able to find a hotel. We do not reserve extra rooms.
HOTEL INFORMATION. While Agency considers to present hotel information as accurately as possible on TEMPORATOURS Booking System, the Company is not responsible for accuracy of the information displayed on the website or for any facilities that may or may not be available at the hotel during Customer’s stay or not suited to his/her/their individual tastes and preferences. The pictures of hotel and hotel rooms are provided to create general idea of the hotels selected. The pictures of the hotel rooms may represent the rooms of the other category, which differ from the rooms, booked by the Partner, and/or differ from the Customer’s room, provided in the hotel.

  • Payroll Information Payroll checks shall include all required information, a clear designation as to the amount and category, e.g., regular, overtime or holiday pay, of compensation for which payment is being made.

  • Full information You must give us any information we reasonably require for the purposes of this contract. The information must be correct, and you must not mislead or deceive us in relation to any information provided to us.

  • Personnel Information Employee shall not divulge or discuss personnel information such as salaries, bonuses, commissions and benefits relating to Employee or other employees of Employer or any of its subsidiaries with any other person except the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Employer.

  • Updating information You must tell us promptly if information you have provided to us changes, including if your billing address changes or if your use of energy changes (for example, if you start running a business at the premises).

  • Sharing Information Each party hereto shall as promptly as possible, and in any event within two (2) business days, inform the other of any material communications between such party and the FCC or any other Governmental Authority regarding this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby. If any party receives a request for additional information or documentary material from any such Governmental Authority, then such party shall endeavor in good faith to make, or cause to be made, as promptly as practicable and after consultation with the other party, an appropriate response to such request.
