Personnel Information definition

Personnel Information means information which relates to an individual’s holding of, application for or appointment to a relevant office or employment.
Personnel Information means information about the names, addresses, compensation, skills, duties or other personal characteristics of employees of the Company and any Affiliated Organization.
Personnel Information means any information that identifies, is related to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or where applicable, relates to an identifiable juristic person or legal entity.
