Hourly Conversion for Part-time or Alternately Scheduled Employees. For employees who work part-time or a schedule other than an 8/40, the number of FML hours for which the employee is eligible shall be adjusted in accordance with their normal weekly work schedule. An employee whose schedule varies from week to week is eligible for a pro-rated amount of FML based on their hours worked over the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the leave.
