Hourly Job Rating Plan. SECTION 1. It is recognized that the administration and operation of the Hourly Job Rating Plan are the functions and responsibilities solely of management. The basic Hourly Job Rating Plan now in effect will be continued during the life of this agreement. Prior to making changes in the hourly job evaluation process, the Company will provide a copy of the proposed changes to the designated Union Job Evaluation Committeeman.
