Hours and Service. 15.7.1 It is understood and agreed that, with the exception of release time as provided elsewhere in this agreement, the duties and responsibilities of a Mentor Teacher shall normally be performed at times other than the regular days and hours required as a classroom Teacher. The Mentor Teacher and the evaluator shall mutually agree to specific additional days, not to exceed twenty (20), for performance of these duties.
