HOURS O F WORK. (a) The maximum regular weekly hours o f work for all employees shall he forty hours, divided into a work week o f five days, Monday through Saturday. (b) The maximum regular daily hours of work for all employees shall he eight hours. (c) Work performed on Sunday shall not he part o f lh«* regular work week. The Employer agrees to give pref- erenee for Sunday work to regular employees eovered by this agreement. (d) The hours of work o f all employees shall be continuous. (e) Any employee working at least eight hours on any day shall be entitled to one continuous hour for meals on such day. Any employee working at least six hours hut less than eight hours on any day shall he entitled to one continuous meal period of forty-five minutes on such day. Such meal time shall not he considered working hours. (f) All full time employees shall be given two 15- minute rest periods daily, ami all part-time employees shall be given a 15-mimite rest period for each 1 hours worked each day, hut in no event more than 2 such periods in any day. Such rest periods shall he considered working time. (g) Full time employees working a 40-hour 5-day week may be required by the Employer to work a sixth day during the Monday through Saturday week; such sixth day must be an H-hour work day. Employees shall work over time as required by the Employer. The Employer shall give the employees affected 24 hours*’ prior notice o f work required on the sixth day of the week and 4 hours*' prior notice o f all overtime work required on the same day.

(h) Any part-time employee who works on a Sunday or holiday shall be scheduled for four (4) hours work provided the employee is available to work.

HOURS O F WORK. (a) The maximum regular weekly hours o f work for all employees shall he forty hours, divided into a work week o f five daysshall consist of forty hours per week at eight hours per day, Monday through Saturday.
(b) The maximum regular daily hours of work Friday for hourly rated employees. Overtime shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in any one week or eight hours in any one day and to be paid for at the rate of time and one-half the employee's regular hourly rate of pay. Employees covered by this Agreement reporting for work shall receive no less than five hours pay, except on Saturdays when there shall be a guarantee of four hours pay. An employee who is called back to work within three hours, commencing with the time he had finished his day's work, shall receive a minimum of two hours pay. Should an employee be called back to work after three hours have elapsed from the completion of his day's work, such call back shall then be entitled to receive the regular guarantee. Part-time employees shall he eight hours.
(c) Work performed on Sunday receive the same minimum wage scale regular employees but are not otherwise covered t h e terms of this Agreement. A part-time employee shall not he part o f lh«* regular work be considered an employee working fifteen hours or less per week. The Employer agrees to give pref- erenee for Sunday work to regular Union will be informed of the number of part-time employees eovered by this agreement.
(d) The working and the number of hours of work o f all employees they have worked. Employees shall be continuous.
(e) Any employee working at least eight hours on any day shall be entitled to not take more than one continuous hour for meals, however, should the taking of full continuous hours for meals on such day. Any employee working at least six hours hut cause additional waiting time, the Company may request the to take not less than eight hours on any day thirty minutes. No employee shall he entitled be compelled to take more than one continuous meal hour for lunch and the lunch period of forty-five minutes on such day. Such meal time shall not he considered working hours.
(f) All full time employees shall be given two 15- between the 4th and 6th hours. An employee shall not, however, take any time off for meals before he has been on duty for four hours, nor after he has been on duty six hours. All hourly rate employee will be allowed ten minute rest periods daily, ami all part-coffee break in the first half shift and the second half shift without loss of pay. All employees must have their time employees shall be given a 15-mimite rest period for each 1 hours worked each day, hut sheets handed into the office at the end of their last shift in no event more than 2 such periods in any day.
