Hours of the Assigned Officer. The assigned offi cers shall be assigned to the schools and shall report to work in accordance with the schedule set forth below, except in the case of an emergency as directed by the Chief of Police. This shall require, at a minimum, the assigned offi cers’ presence at their respective schools each day that the school in question is in session. Any potential changes to the schedule shall be set forth in writing and agreed upon by both parties before becomingeff ective. 1.3.1. The Borough shall provide three assigned offi cers to work at Leonia High School, each of whom shall work Monday through Friday for each day that school is in session, in accordance with the following schedule: one offi cer shall work a 6:30 am to 1:00 pm shift; a second offi cer shall work an 11:00 am to 5:00 pm shift; and a third offi cer shall work a 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm shift. 1.3.2. The Borough shall provide two assigned offi cers to work at Leonia Middle School, each of whom shall work Monday through Friday for each day that school is in session, in accordance with the following schedule: one offi cer shall work a 8:00 am to 2:00 pm shift, while a second offi cer shall work a 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm shift. 1.3.3. The Borough shall provide one assigned offi cer to work at Xxxx X. Xxxxx School, who shall work Monday through Friday for each day that school is in session from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
