HOURS & OVERTIME. 10.1 Eight (8) continuous hours, excluding a lunch break of not more than one (1) hour, (ten (10) continuous hours, excluding a lunch break of not more than one (1) hour for a 4 x 10 workweek) shall constitute a normal workday between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. or such other hours as may be agreed upon by any employer and Local 188.
