Houseparent. Pursuant to Title 22, CCR Section 84201(h)(1), the 7 consistent, nurturing adult who resides full time at the Tustin Family Campus 8 High Needs Youth Services homes, providing daily care for no more than three 9 (3) Youth/NMD’s, and is involved in the long-range planning for those 10 Youth/NMD’s during placement. There shall be one (1) houseparent onsite per 11 home.
Houseparent. Notwithstanding the provision of paragraph (a) of this subclause, the maximum salary level for this classification shall be that determined as the fifth year of experience.
Houseparent. The work week will consist of the time from Monday at hours to Friday at hours for the weekday houseparent, excluding daytime hours from hours to hours. This total of hours is pro-rated, meaning each hour is credited at of an hour, for a total of hours compensation per week. The weekend houseparent works from hours on Friday to hours on Sunday. This total of hours is also pro-rated, meaning each hour is credited at of an hour, for a total of hours compensation per week. It is agreed by the parties that calculations based on the pro-rating system will be rounded off to the nearest half- hour. The parties agree that the rationale for the discrepancy in hours worked between the two positions is in recognition of the fact that the weekend houseparent works consecutive hours as well as fifty-two weekends per year.
Houseparent. (1) The work week will consist of the time from Monday at 1500 hours to Friday at 900 hours for the weekday houseparent, excluding daytime hours from 900 hours to 1500 hours. This total of 72 hours is pro-rated, meaning each hour is credited at .55 of an hour, for a total of 40 hours compensation per week. The weekend houseparent works from 1500 hours on Friday to 2300 hours on Sunday. This total of 56 hours is also pro-rated, meaning each hour is credited at .71 of an hour, for a total of 40 hours compensation per week. It is agreed by the parties that all calculations based on the pro-rating system will be rounded off to the nearest half- hour. The parties agree that the rationale for the discrepancy in hours worked between the two positions is in recognition of the fact that the weekend houseparent works consecutive hours as well as fifty-two weekends per year. By mutual agreement between the Employer, employee and the Union, the hours of work may be altered.
