HOW THE SCHEME WILL BE POLICED / MONITORED. 5.1 In order to ensure the integrity of the supply chain of Assam (Orthodox) tea and so that the Proprietor may monitor the quantity of Assam (Orthodox) tea exported out of and sold in India, and for the purpose of ensuring that tea other than tea described in Section 2 of these Regulations is not being sold as Assam (Orthodox) tea, for each calendar year, all Authorized Users shall submit to the Proprietor an annual report of purchases, sales and inventory of Assam (Orthodox) tea, in the form of Schedule VI (the “Annual Report”). The Annual Report for each calendar year shall be due to the Proprietor immediately on the expiration thereof.

The Annual Report for each calendar year shall be due to the Proprietor immediately on the expiration thereof.

  • Conduct of Mediation Sessions Mediation hearings will be conducted in an informal manner and discovery will not be allowed. The discussions, statements, writings and admissions will be confidential to the proceedings (pursuant to California Evidence Code sections 1115 through 1128) and will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing. The parties may agree to exchange any information they deem necessary.   • NEGOTIATION PROCEDURES A. It is understood that matters not specifically covered by this Agreement but of common concern to the parties shall be subject to negotiation between them from time to time during the period of this Agreement upon mutual consent of the Board and the Association. The parties undertake to cooperate in arranging meetings, selecting representatives for such discussions, furnishing necessary information, and otherwise constructively considering and resolving any such matters.
