Common use of HQ Interconnection Capability Credit of Clause in Contracts

HQ Interconnection Capability Credit of. a Participant for a month ------------------------------------ during the Base Term (as defined in Section 1.33) of the HQ Phase II Firm Energy Contract is the sum in Kilowatts of (1)(a) the Participant's percentage share, if any, of the HQ Phase I Transfer Capability times (b) the HQ Phase I Transfer Credit, plus (2)(a) the ----- Participant's percentage share, if any, of the Phase II Transfer Capability, times (b) the HQ Phase II Transfer Credit. The Management ----- Participants Committee shall establish appropriate HQ Interconnection Capability Credits to apply for a Participant which has such a percentage shareshare (i) during an extension of the HQ Phase II Firm Energy Contract, and (ii) following the expiration of the HQ Phase II Firm Energy Contract.
