If the written response at the departmental level is unsatisfactory, the Xxxxxxx shall present a written and dated grievance signed by the grievor to the Manager of Internal Services within five (5) working days from the date of the supervisor’s written response. The grievor can choose to attend at their discretion. The Manager of Internal Services will render a decision in writing within five (5) working days after discussing this grievance with the Xxxxxxx and the grievor.
