HUD-FEDERAL LABOR STANDARDS PROVISIONS. The owner is responsible for inserting the entire text of section 2.4 of this Agreement in all construction contracts and, if the owner performs any rehabilitation work on the project, the owner must comply with all provisions of section 2.4. (Note: Sections 2.4(b) and (c) apply only when the amount of the prime contract exceeds $100,000.)

  • FAIR LABOR STANDARDS The Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the County and its agents, officers, and employees from any and all liability, including, but not limited to, wages, overtime pay, liquidated damages, penalties, court costs, and attorneys' fees arising under any wage and hour law, including, but not limited to, the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, for work performed by the Contractor’s employees for which the County may be found jointly or solely liable.

  • Disputes concerning labor standards Disputes arising out of the labor standards provisions of this contract shall not be subject to the general disputes clause of this contract.   • Provide Data In Compliance With State and Federal Law LEA shall provide data for the purposes of the Service Agreement in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, PPRA, Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and all other Texas privacy statutes cited in this DPA as these laws and regulations apply to the contracted services. The LEA shall not be required to provide Data in violation of applicable laws. Operator may not require LEA or users to waive rights under applicable laws in connection with use of the Services.
