Human Rights Framework. While all of the rights defined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and covenants are equal and inseparable, several have particular relevance to Openness of the Internet and serve as the underpinning for the public interests of the rights holders related to their freedoms on the Internet, several have a high degree of significance to openness on the Internet.
