Hydrant Installation. 1 Install hydrants at locations indicated or where directed.

Hydrant Installation. A. Hydrants shall be placed at the locations indicated on the Drawings. The Contractor shall install proper “bury” hydrants or shall use, at no cost to the Owner, proper length extensions to ensure that each fire hydrant is installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation and the requirements of these Specifications.
Hydrant Installation. Hydrants are to be installed with the 4-1/2” Nozzle facing the roadway. Contractor shall rotate the hydrant head at the time of installation. The contractor shall not be paid for the hydrant installation until this rotation is complete. All costs for modifying the hydrant shall be included in the Unit Price Bid for Install Hydrant.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Delivery & Installation a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document.   • Building Maintenance Repairs and maintenance to buildings are conducted by the Home Owners Association and their property manager. These processes often involve noise and inconvenience. If we are advised in advance of your arrival that any significant work will be under way, we will advise you. However, in most cases, we are not advised before the work is to begin, if then. Most of this work is conducted in the off season, between October 1st and April 1st, unless required due to emergency. It is one of several reasons that rates are substantially lower during those months. These circumstances are beyond our control and knowledge. If your rental is during those months, you may experience noise and inconvenience. Refunds will not be made for noise and inconvenience caused by building maintenance. LINENS/TOWELS/SUPPLIES The cleaning fee includes sheets, pillowcases, kitchen and bath towels. Any lost or damaged linens will be charged to you. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring beach towels and any special items that you may need.

  • Installations 2.1. This test shall be conducted with either the complete REESS or with a related REESS subsystem(s) including the cells and their electrical connections. If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1
