Hygiene Facilities. (a) In the interest of preventative public health and general hygiene, proper facilities shall be provided in order that Food Service Employees may shower and change their clothes. (b) Lockers, which may be locked, shall be provided for all Employees required to change their clothes. (c) The shower and locker facilities shall be located anywhere on the Institute’s campus.
