IBM SaaS Subscription Period Renewal. Customer may renew an IBM SaaS offering at the end of a Subscription Period, unless otherwise specified in the offering's Terms of Use. Some IBM SaaS offerings, as specified in the IBM SaaS offering's Terms of Use or Transaction Document, automatically renew at the end of the Subscription Period unless, prior to the end of the Subscription Period, IBM receives, either directly or through Customer's reseller, as applicable, Customer's written notification not to renew.
