IBUK, IBLLC their Affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, Affiliates, associates or agents shall not be liable to you for any partial or non-performance of their obligations under this Agreement by reason of any cause beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, labour disputes or industrial actions; the rules or actions of any supra national, governmental or regulatory or self-regulatory authority; acts of war (declared or undeclared); acts of terrorism; or the failure by any intermediate broker or agent, or principal of IBUK, IBLLC, or their Affiliates or any or any custodian, sub-custodian, dealer, exchange, clearing house or supra national, governmental, regulatory or self-regulatory body, for any reason, to perform its obligations.
