For customers in Victoria, prior to NECF implementation in Victoria all references to the National Energy Retail Law and Rules in this contract should be read as references to the Energy Retail Code unless stated otherwise. Note for Victorian customers gas full commencement date means 1 July 2020. gas retailer means a person who holds a retail licence under the Gas Industry Act; GST has the meaning given in the GST Act (A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth));
