Complaint Process definition

Complaint Process means the process to resolve Your questions, concerns or complaints under this Contract.
Complaint Process means the procedure to accept and respond to concerns about a specific recovery house reported by residents or other individuals to the department.

  • Note: Step 1 (Informal Resolution Process) is not required in order to proceed to Step 2 (Formal Complaint Process).

  • In the event of a dispute between the customer and Pacific ▇▇▇▇ with respect to the customer’s right to receive a Credit under Section 2.2, Pacific ▇▇▇▇ agrees the issue may be submitted to the Commission’s Expedited Complaint Process for resolution.
