Common use of Identification Cards Clause in Contracts

Identification Cards. (a) The Tribal Gaming Agency shall require that all persons who are required to be licensed wear, in plain view at all times while in the Gaming Facility, identification badges issued by the Tribal Gaming Agency. The Tribal Gaming Agency may allow temporary exceptions to this provision for the purposes of authorizing investigators who are actively investigating a matter within the Gaming Facility to monitor Gaming Activities.
