Applications and Notices. (a) Contractor shall provide applications, forms and notices to applicants and Enrollees in plain language and in a manner that is accessible and timely to individuals (1) living with disabilities, including accessible web sites and the provision of auxiliary aids and services at no cost to the individual in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, or (2) with limited English language proficiency.

As promptly as practicable after the date hereof, the parties hereto shall submit any applications, notices or other filings to any state or federal government agency, department or body, the approval of which is required for consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. CIB shall make all applications, notices and initial publications required by federal and state regulatory authorities within a commercially reasonable time after the date of this Agreement. PNB agrees to use reasonable efforts to assist CIB in obtaining all regulatory approvals necessary to complete the transactions contemplated by this Agreement by providing CIB, with such information concerning PNB and its operations as may be requested by any federal or state authority in connection with any regulatory applications, filings or registrations and, to the extent required by applicable laws, rules or regulations, join in any such application, filing or registration.
