Identification of Employees in the Unit. A. The Agency agrees to provide to the Council President, within sixty (60) days after this agreement goes into effect and quarterly thereafter, a list reflecting the name, grade, duty station and position title of all bargaining unit employees. Employees that entered on duty in the Sector within the last quarter will be appropriately marked. Said list shall group employees by duty station and position title. The parties recognize that the listing will not be construed as action by the employer to unilaterally deny bargaining unit status to any employee or to confer it.
