Common use of Identifiers Clause in Contracts

Identifiers. 14.1 The User acknowledges it has no right, title or interest in or to any network address or identifier (such as telephone number, IP address, host name) (“Identifier”) assigned to the User by Rogers. Rogers may, on reasonable notice, change the Identifier. Rogers is not obligated to notify any other party of a change to the User’s Identifier. The User is entitled to port their number to another wireless service provider upon termination of a line in accordance with the requirements, if any, of the CRTC and by paying any applicable Rogers charges.
