IDIQ CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD. Period of performance under this IDIQ contract is a five (5) year ordering period. After the IDIQ ordering period expires, the IDIQ Contract will remain an active Contract until the final Task Order performance is completed and shall govern the terms and conditions with respect to active Task Orders to the same extent as if it were completed during the IDIQ Contract ordering period.
