IEA Eligibility Amount. An employee who has completed his/her probationary period will be eligible for a gross IEA benefit in an amount equal to one (1) Week of pay for each full year of continuous service plus one-fourth (1/4) of a Week for each additional three (3) months of continuous service at the time of layoff.
