Rights Retained The Employer retains all rights to manage, direct and control its operations in all particulars, subject to the provisions of law, personnel regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, to the extent that they are applicable. These rights shall include but not be limited to:
Retainer Fee This Agreement shall have ☐ no retainer fee ☐ a non-refundable retainer fee in the amount of $_ to obtain the Agency’s services under this Agreement (“Retainer Fee”).
