No Authority to Alter. The arbitrator named in accordance with this Article will be governed by the provisions of this agreement and will not have the right to add to, delete from, change, or make any decision contrary to the provisions of this Agreement. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
