Illegal Use of Drugs Sample Clauses

Illegal Use of Drugs. Tenant shall comply with RYC 10.01.109, which prohibits the illegal use of any controlled substance. Neither Tenant nor household members will engage in the illegal possession, use, consumption, manufacture, cultivation, delivery, transfer, sale, barter, or conveyance of any controlled substance, including medical marijuana or any street drug, on or off the Premises. Nor will Tenant or a household member permit a guest or other person to engage in such conduct on the Premises. Any use of a controlled substance will be limited to those prescribed, under a current, valid prescription from a licensed physician and/or pharmacist, to the person using them. Conduct that violates this paragraph is a serious violation of the Rental Agreement.

  • Illegal Use Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

  • WRONGFUL AND ILLEGAL USE OF ENERGY 16.1 Use of energy You must not, and must take reasonable steps to ensure others do not:

  • Official Use Only No Personal Use The Contract is only for official use by Authorized Users. Use of the Contract for personal or private purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

  • Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Drugs Employees may not use or possess alcohol while on duty, except when authorized by the institution’s policy. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

  • NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.

  • Unlawful Use Using service in any manner that violates local, state or federal law, including without limitation using service to transmit any material (by e-mail or otherwise) whose transmission is unlawful under any local, state or federal law applicable to such transmission.

  • Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.

  • OFFICIAL USE ONLY/NO PERSONAL USE The Contract is only for official use by Authorized Users. Use of the Contract for personal or private purposes is strictly prohibited.
