Illness, Disability, Pregnancy Leaves. Any member absent from work on a Board-approved paid leave of absence because of illness or disability including pregnancy leave who shall obtain or engage in other gainful employment other than substitute teaching within the Plymouth-Shiloh School District shall be deemed to have committed acts that constitute other good and just cause for termination as used in Section 3319.16, Revised Code.
