Common use of Image Quality Clause in Contracts

Image Quality. The image of an item transmitted to the Bank using the Mobile Deposit Service must be legible, as determined in the sole discretion of the Bank. Without limiting the foregoing, the image quality of the items must comply with the requirements established from time to time by the Bank, the American National Standards Institute, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, or any other regulatory agency, clearinghouse or association. At a minimum, the following information must be easily read by sight review of the image: the amount of the check; the payee; the drawer’s signature; the date of the check; the check number; the routing transit number; account number; check amount and serial number; and your endorsement. You agree and understand that you are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, accuracy, validity and integrity of the image.
