Common use of Immunizations Clause in Contracts

Immunizations. Employees who face a serious health risk because their work repeatedly exposes them to bacterial or viral hazards (such as, but not limited to, hepatitis or rabies) shall be given the opportunity to be provided with immunizations, if available, by the Appointing Authority. However, the Appointing Authority shall not be required to provide immunizations to prevent the contraction of common illnesses.
