Common use of Impact of Time Lines Clause in Contracts

Impact of Time Lines. Failure at any step of this procedure to appeal a grievance to the next Step within the specified time limits shall be considered acceptance of the decision rendered at that step. Failure at any Step of this procedure to communicate a decision on a grievance within the specified time limits shall permit the grievant to proceed to the next Step. The Parties may mutually agree in writing to extend any of the time limits set forth in this Article.
